Wajax | Delom is composed of three distinct business units that offer complete turnkey services in the field of industrial rotating equipment. Here is a brief overview of our units.
A workshop specializing in the maintenance, manufacture and distribution of industrial rotating equipment, including electric motors, variable frequency drives and speed reduction units. Wajax | Delom Services also includes a soldering and thermal spraying workshop.
A company specializing in the manufacture and refurbishment of alternator poles and other electromechanical components for the hydroelectric and wind power industries.

CERTIFICATIONS
We are committed to quality at all levels, from our management offices to our workshops. We have an in-house team whose only tasks are to ensure quality control, monitoring and improvement of procedures, as well as compliance with standard rules.
All our business units are ISO 9001: 2008 certified. In addition, some also have other certifications that meet the needs of their specific customers: ASME, R-Stamp, U-Stamp, Z299.3.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Wajax | Delom is actively involved in a sustainable development process and is working to obtain a BNQ 21000 certification in this respect.

history of Wajax | Delom
Since its inception in 1963, Wajax | Delom has evolved with its markets to continue to provide quality services that meet or surpass the standards of their customers.
As leaders in the field of electromechanical and rotating equipment for nearly 50 years, Wajax | Delom's companies work together to provide repair, manufacturing and distribution services under a single roof.
Today, Wajax | Delom has close to 400 dedicated and dynamic employees contributing to the development of their three companies and eight branches in Quebec and Ontario.
our LOGO
The Delta Δ and the « Y » represent two types of electrical connections—DELta and STAR—hence the name of our very first company: Delstar Électromécanique. These two symbols, superimposed, made up our logo at the time.
The Omega Ω was the logo of a previous company that is now part of Delom Services: Les Ateliers Oméga. The name “Delom” is a contraction of DELstar and OMéga.
The Groupe Delom logo is a combination of the old Delstar Électromécanique and Ateliers Oméga logos, to which we added a gear representing our expansion into the mechanical sector.
Other meanings:
The “Y” represents the individual at the centre of the company striving for excellence with the support of management.
